We have countless successful deployments of RTU, VFD, and MCC panels as well as gas detection systems and we are proficient with the unique requirements of water and wastewater applications including NEMA 4X and corrosive environments.
Our Field Engineers have experience programming the industry’s leading software solutions including Aveva, FactoryTalk, and Ignition. In addition to simple data collection, we are also able to assist with Industry 4.0 tools such as Asset Performance Management (APM), custom reporting, mobile access, and cybersecurity issues. With IIoT functionality, your data is integrated & available in real-time from anywhere.
Monitoring equipment and instrumentation at various sites can be challenging but modern telemetry systems offer unparalleled access to these remote systems. We offer Phoenix Contact cellular modems as well as licensed / unlicensed radio systems and alarm notification through WIN-911. In addition, we can also support with product selection, site surveys, and implementation to ensure you have the connectivity you need.
Pump Station Upgrade
GTH assisted a contractor to complete a pump station project when the original control system integrator was unable to. The pump station included five pumps with VFD’s, power monitoring, generator, ATS and process instrumentation.
