March 20, 2020 Notice: GTH is open to serve our essential business customers
We would like to communicate our commitment to the health and safety of our clients, employees, and business partners. As defined by the State of Nevada and California Executive Order N-33-20, GTH is a provider of products and services to “essential businesses” and will therefore remain in operation to serve our customers in municipal, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and other essential business sectors..
We will have limited staff in our Anaheim and Sparks offices serving essential business needs as well as a larger staff of technicians, engineers, and project managers working remotely from Anaheim, Reno, San Diego, and Las Vegas. All of our vendors have confirmed they are still manufacturing and shipping products through the crisis and our onsite staff is available for will calls and shipments Monday through Friday. Field technicians will be available for work at essential businesses but are required to comply with new PPE guidelines as well as social distancing and cleaning protocols. Please understand these measures are in place to protect you and our staff.
For customers visiting our offices, we ask that they adhere to strict social distancing and abide by our posted cleaning and hygiene procedures.
We will continue to monitor the situation and quickly implement new recommendations as information becomes available. Our commitment is to continue supporting our customers to the best of our ability while maintaining the health and safety of our personnel.
Thank you for your partnership & patience through this challenging time. We will get through this together.
