What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative for our Anaheim, CA location. The function of this position is to assist customers with product, project, or pricing inquiries over phone, email, and live chat. Key products include:

  • PLC / HMI
  • SCADA / Integration Software
  • Thermal & Process Instrumentation
  • Custom UL Control Panels
  • Industrial Field Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.)

  • Assist customers with RFQ’s (requests or quotation).
  • Provide technical support and assist with product selection.
  • Follow-up on orders for over the counter and project sales.
  • Prospect customers for future project or services opportunities.
  • Work within company CRM system to grow database of contacts, customers, leads, and opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Decision-Making Authority:
Rely on expertise and training to make minor decisions regularly. Refer to Supervisor for direction on decisions of significant impact.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Basic knowledge of computer, mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic technology.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, and Office 365.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • At least two years of college and / or customer service is desired.
