Much attention has been given of late to the hazards of improper building ventilation. "Sick Building Syndrome" occurs when not enough fresh air is brought into a space. Occupants can feel fatigue and headaches in addition to a noticeable loss of productivity. The flip side of this phenomenon is over-ventilation which means for the amount of people in the space, the system is actually bringing in too much fresh air.
